Personal Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Travel Management**: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging for necessary equipment, and preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding all sensitive information, documents, and discussions.
- **Event Planning**: Assist with the planning and execution of company events, conferences, or internal gatherings as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
