We are looking for a security guard at our office who has relevant security guard experience:
Primary Responsibilities

1. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect security breaches, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.

2. Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the site.

3. Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to potential security threats.

4. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, such as alarms, fires, or medical emergencies.

5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Visitor Management: Manage visitor access, ensuring that all visitors are properly signed in and escorted.

2. Employee Assistance: Provide assistance to employees, such as escorting them to their vehicles or providing directions.

3. Parking Enforcement: Monitor and enforce parking regulations, ensuring that only authorized vehicles are parked on the premises.

4. Maintenance of Security Equipment: Perform routine checks on security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to ensure they are functioning properly.

5. Compliance with Security Protocols: Ensure compliance with established security protocols, such as lockdown procedures and emergency response plans.

Safety and Emergency Procedures

1. Fire Safety: Respond to fire alarms and evacuate the premises as necessary.

2. First Aid: Provide basic first aid in the event of an emergency.

3. Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies, such as heart attacks or seizures.

4. Natural Disasters: Respond to natural disasters, such as earthquakes or hurricanes.

Communication and Teamwork

1. Communication with Colleagues: Maintain open communication with colleagues, including security personnel, facilities management, and other stakeholders.

2. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to respond to security incidents and maintain a safe and secure environment.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Security Experience: 3 years of security experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

2. Security Training: Completion of security training programs, such as CCTV operation, first aid, and emergency response.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and respond to emergencies.

5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple situations simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
