**Job Description: Server Administrator**

**Location: [Lucknow (Health office)]**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Server Setup and Maintenance**:

- Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux servers.

**Framework and Application Configuration**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Java-based frameworks and environments.

**Database Administration**:

- Configure and manage MSSQL and MySQL databases.
- Ensure optimal database performance, security, and regular backups.

**Web Server Management**:

- Set up, configure, and manage IIS (Internet Information Services) web servers.

**SSL and DNS Management**:

- Install, configure, and manage SSL certificates to ensure secure communication.
- Administer DNS records and troubleshoot DNS-related issues.

**Network and Proxy Configuration**:

- Collaborate with network teams to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.

**Security and Best Practices**:

- Implement and maintain hardware and software security best practices.
- Perform routine security audits, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.

**Collaboration and Documentation**:

- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide technical support and training to team members when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
- Hands-on experience with IIS web server configuration and management.
- Expertise in.NET, Java, and PHP framework setups.
- Strong knowledge of MSSQL and MySQL databases.
- Experience with SSL certificate installation and renewal.
- Solid understanding of DNS management and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with proxy configuration and networking concepts.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document procedures clearly.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator.
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent.
- CompTIA Security+ or other relevant security certifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
