**Job Title: PLC Programmer**

Company: Fykays Engineering Private Limited

Location: Nerul MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PLC Programmer to join our team at Fykays Engineering Private Limited. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and testing PLC systems for our combustion control and automation solutions, with a primary focus on our Fykays TOPS product. You will collaborate closely with the Electronics department and work under the guidance of the Technical Director to ensure efficient and effective implementation of PLC programming requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert proposals into philosophy documents outlining control logic, data collection, and screen descriptions
- Design HMI/SCADA screens and program PLCs for Fykays TOPS systems
- Collaborate with the Electronics department to coordinate panel requirements, ensuring seamless integration of sensors, actuators, and PLC functionality
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PLC programs in the lab and on-site during installations
- Formulate test procedures for each system and perform comprehensive testing to ensure reliability and performance
- Work closely with PLC and panel manufacturers to ensure smooth execution of programming tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and provide necessary support
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PLC programming techniques

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science is preferred
- A relevant PLC course/certification from a reputable institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming, preferably in the field of combustion control or automation
- Proficiency in programming languages for PLC systems, particularly ABB Automation Builder and ladder logic
- Strong knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems and screen designing
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations across India

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
