**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **Content Strategy & Creation**: Plan, create, and manage high-quality content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and multimedia content that aligns with brand objectives.
- **Campaign Management**: Execute marketing campaigns, track their performance, and optimize them for better engagement and conversions.
- **Lead Generation & Tele-Calling**: Identify potential leads, initiate outbound calls and nurture relationships in co-ordination with the sales team.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and lead conversion metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- **Brand Positioning**: Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels, maintaining a strong and positive brand image.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing trends to refine strategies.
- **Event Management**: Plan, coordinate, and promote online and offline events, and product launches to increase brand reach.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or brand management.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Experience in handling social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Ability to conduct tele-calling and effectively communicate with potential leads.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
