Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1. Drafting /Alteration of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Shareholders Agreements
2. Issue of Equity Shares / Preference Shares/ Debentures/ and related Compliances.
3. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
4. Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
5. Preparation filing of Annual Filing Documents Forms.
6. All legal and companies act matters - applicability and compliance checking.
7. Company Law Compliances:
- Preparation of various documents & legal compliances as per companies Act.
- Annual filing & other filings as per the requirements by the Act.
8. Analyze financial trends.
9. Other General Work of Finance and Taxation.
10. GST, FEMA, Income tax and Companies Act, 2013 knowledge and daily updates about amendments.
11. Co-ordinating with the team in their respective fields
- 1-3 Years of experience with following functional expertise:
- Knowledge of Companies Act 2013 and related compliances
- Knowledge of accounting / GST & record keeping will be considered on priority
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Well-versed with working on Tally. (preferred)
Budget upto 7 lacs pa
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Morning shift

- Secunderabad, Hyderabad - 500040, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
