Our client is a leading manufacturer and exporter of tyres is looking for a R & D Testing person with 4-8 years of experience only from tyre industry with the below mentioned responsibilities

R&D Testing - OHT

Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Performance Areas:

- Dimension Test.
- Deflection / Plunger Test.
- Endurance Test.
- Burst Test.
- Air Retention Test.

1. Training of personnel under me in carrying out the above tests.

2. ROTR, OTR Tyre Cut section analysis and EPR generation.

3. Report generation after carrying out the above required tests and analysis of proto tyres, pilot tyres and regular tyres.

4. OHT Benchmark tyres testing, analysis and report generation.

5. Maintaining tyre inventory and scrap data at test centre.

6. Monitoring day to day activities and regulatory plan testing as per ECE-106, ECE-54, BIS 15636:2012 and report preparation.

7. Documentation and preparation for IMS audit, PPQA audit and VCA audit.

8. Team member for TPM project.

9. Maintaining rim inventory and calibration of measuring instruments.

10. Lap sample preparation and report generation.

11. 5s activity, clit and kaizen.

12. Responsible for safety PPE and HIRA activity.

13. OHT Benchmark tyres testing, analysis and report generation.

14. ROTR Benchmark tyres testing, analysis and report generation.

15. Maintaining audit file document.

**Salary**: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
