**Position Summary**

A project manager at Acceldata is a crucial role responsible for ensuring that the development, implementation, and maintenance of their unified data platform projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They are responsible for the optimal utilization of resources including people, time, and budget, and for ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Project managers at Acceldata must be able to adapt to changes in project scope and requirements, manage risks, and motivate team members. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of the technology stack and the ability to troubleshoot issues to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

**We’re looking for someone who can**:
Understand objectives and key result areas of R&D in general and PMO in particular-
- Work with cross functional teams to deliver the planned sprints and releases-
- Work with the cross functional teams to track the progress on a day to day basis-
- Identify risks and dependencies, come up with migration plans and implement them-
- Communicate the progress, achievements, risks, dependencies and delays- Conduct review meetings, prepare status reports

**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Worked in a software development environment-
- Understands the of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)-
- Experience in running sprint planning meetings, daily stand up meetings-
- Knows of tools used in the development, QE and Dev Ops-
- Demonstrated ability to partner with different functions across the organization- Passion for using data to drive reviews and decision making

**What makes you the right fit for this position?**Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a reputed college-
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating projects / Activities that contribute to project or delivery-
- At least 1 year in a software development role-
- At least 1 year in a technical lead role independently managing sub-projects / development of components-
- At least 1 year in managing software development projects using agile methodologies-
- At least 1 year (running in parallel to the above) managing releases to the cloud and/or on-prem environments-
- PMP / PMI-ACP /RMP / Agile Scrum Master Certification is a plus.**Acceldata is an equal opportunity employer**
