Good understanding of Android programming environment using Binders, Shared memory, IPC mechanisms, etc.
- Good knowledge in Android Services/Framework layer and its debugging
- Programming experience preferably in Java, C and C++
- Porting BT stack from legacy Android to newer Android stack,
- Need to handle BT certification issues
- Experience in BT Controller, BT Upper layer
- Experience in BT Stack layer, BT Profiles auto connection and RFCOMM Socket communication
- Preferred expertise in Vehicle Interface knowledge on Infotainment systems
- Debugging skills to troubleshoot problems in any layer of Android
- Should independently own the Infotainment SW architecture design on various infotainment platforms.
- Analyze customer requirements, internal requirement and standard requirement create software architectural design.
- Ensure the creation of software design document from architectural design by partnering with stakeholders like system engineer, SW team, SWPL, IT&V, electrical engineer)
- Participate in software architectural and software design reviews
