**Position Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be crucial in creating and executing visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and materials that enhance our retail presence and engage our target audience. Your expertise in Figma, Adobe InDesign, and web-to-print processes will be essential in delivering high-quality print and digital assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and develop creative design solutions.
- Utilize **Figma**and **Adobe InDesign** to create visually appealing graphics for print and digital media, including promotional materials, brochures, signage, and in-store displays.
- Manage and track design projects using **Jira**to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and produce print materials for retail stores, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Work closely with vendors and printers to ensure accurate and efficient production of print materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of our marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign is required.
- Experience with web-to-print processes and creating print-ready files.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and expertise in print and digital media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in retail design and understanding of retail marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira for tracking tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
