Academic Associate for 1st to 12th Class(All Streams)

We are looking for an energetic **Academic Associate** for our company to provide private home tuition in an assigned location within Bhopal.
**Key responsibilities**:
1. Conducting **personalized teaching session**s at students' locations (one-to-one classes)
2. Main focus on strengthening **students' basics** and fostering **clear understanding of concepts**
3. Creating lesson plans that are **easy, simplified and interesting**
4. Conducting **timely assessments** to evaluate student learning
5. Teaching with a sense of responsibility, aiming for consistent improvement in students' academic performance
**Skills & Requirements**:
2. Prior teaching experience is preferred and will be considered an added advantage
3. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
4. Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment, managing deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
