Admin Assistant

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
- Ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage administrative/ support services including Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Canteen, Pantry and Stationery vendors
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
