Academi Counselor

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused **Academic Counselor** to guide and support students through the admission process, course selection, and academic planning. The role involves handling inquiries, providing course information, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on **programs, career prospects, and academic pathways**.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain **student records, admission data, and follow-up reports** using CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student onboarding and progress tracking.
- Ensure **high levels of student satisfaction** by resolving queries promptly.
- Achieve **weekly and monthly admission targets**.
- Participate in **seminars, events, and career counseling sessions** organized by the institution.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Excellent **presentation and counseling abilities**.
- Good knowledge of **educational programs, career trends, and learning outcomes**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools**.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling pressure professionally.

Pay: ₹10,761.09 - ₹29,057.96 per month
