Job Description: Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Greater Noida

Experience Required: 2+ years in sales or a similar role

Industry Preference: Real Estate

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Address client needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Communication & Presentation:

- Deliver effective sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations in English.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

3. Key Competencies:

- Excellent spoken English skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
