**Job Description**:
- Handling of the work delegated by senior officers
- Filing of various e-forms
- Checking files, filing of e-forms related to MCA & various documents under instructions of senior officers
- Drafting of letters, documents under instructions of senior officers.
- Preparation & filing of e-forms, returns with ROC.
- Preparing agenda, minutes of Board meetings, Committee meetings and General meetings.
- Preparing and maintaining registers as prescribed under Companies Act, 1956/2013.
- Attending Board meetings and taking notes of Meeting.
- Maintaining attendance registers of meetings.
- Liasioning with Directors regarding meetings & sitting fees.
- Handling all the work delegated by Top Management
