Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bangalore, India
Company: Exaktcode Pvt Ltd (An IT development company and outsourcing partner for Fintech companies)

Exaktcode Pvt Ltd, is expanding its role as an outsourcing partner to support Sterling FX (a leading online foreign currency exchange specialist in the UK). We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional and empathetic customer care to every client.
- Operate within an office environment, primarily in a phone-based role.
- Utilize in-house software systems efficiently.
- Address customer care and sales inquiries, including complaint resolution, problem-solving, processing monetary transactions, liaising with logistics and payment gateway partners, and ensuring effective case resolution.
- Maintain punctual customer response times, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) results and quality standards.
- Assist with Customer Experience administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners.
- Uphold the company's reputation by acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
