Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage data and records accurately.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools.

Basic Knowledge of Sales: Understanding of basic sales processes and techniques.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
