**Title**:SAP S/4 HANA SD_ Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and customize the SAP SD module to align with business requirements.
- Manage core SD processes, including:

- Customer Master Data Management
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cycle
- Pricing, Discounts, and Rebates Configuration
- Availability Check (ATP) and Credit Management
- Billing and Invoice Processing
- Shipping and Logistics Execution
- Returns and Refund Processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, and PP modules.
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide end-user support and resolve issues related to sales processes.
- Assist in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities.
- Prepare documentation, including functional specifications and configuration settings.
- Support ongoing improvements and process enhancements within the SD module.

**Required Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in SAP SD implementation, support, or rollout projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD master data (customer, material, pricing, and credit data).
- Hands-on experience in configuring pricing procedures, sales documents, and delivery processes.
- Knowledge of SAP SD reporting and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of integration points with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and PP (Production Planning).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities.
- Experience in working with EDI/IDoc processing.
- Knowledge of tax configurations and compliance (GST, VAT, etc.).
- Understanding of third-party sales and intercompany processes.
