**Learning & Development (L&D) (70%)**:

- Identify training needs and conduct assessments.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors for specialized training programs.
- Maintain training records, feedback, and reports to measure effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing leadership development programs and upskilling initiatives.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is updated regularly.
