**andatory Skills (Include technical or domain certifications/trainings as req.): K**
- nowledge of working in Tekla environment inclusive of Concrete/Point cloud/Pre-cast/ Cast in situ working models. A
- greeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working. 1
- 5 years of experience of working on projects of various sizes, independently and as part of a project team E
- xperience of working on a number of precast projects across different sectors K
- nowledge of Structural disciplines. D
- evelop and model building elements using Structural drawings/PDF’s or hand drafts in Tekla software. S
- hould have sound knowledge of 3D Reinforcement, Tekla structures modelling and specifications/Bar bending schedules. G
- ood working knowledge of Tekla Structures with latest versions, able to use all standard functions on the software without requiring support from seniors and coach junior staff in its use. M
- ust be good at automation activities wherever needed and possible to do so. S
- etting up BIM models to the project standards and liaising with Model Managers from client side. W
- ork with a small team of resources to execute a project. S
- hould be able to do Estimation and Costing of BIM projects based on client's inputs. S
- wiftly able to switch on to working on various tools for Preparing detail/design drawings for structures depending on priority of works. G
- ood understanding of working for international offices and standards Good knowledge of industry standards and international codes

- nderstand scope of work and delivery schedule from Senior Leads I
- nput to the co-ordination of engineering services on projects. D
- evelop drawings from inputs received from Netherland. Make drawings and details into co-ordinated building details by set manuals. P
- repare sketches / RFIs etc. as necessary for seeking clarification from engineers in Netherland. P
- repare / amend models and / or drawings to specified WSP in Netherland Tekla standards. S
- uggest revisions to standards / templates / custom settings as appropriate. U
- se templates for Tekla work and use Standard library items to assist detailing/design work. P
- rovide advice and coaching to technicians on intermediate Tekla functions when requested. F
- ollow QA, document control, archiving guidelines on all work. W
- ork with project team members on specified aspects of the project. M
- anaging small and medium BIM Models for structures using Tekla Structures. K
