Social Media Coordinator

**In your role as social media coordinator, you will be expected to**:

- Work as Social Media Coordinator to implement the global social strategy;
- Pitch and create original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube based on broadcast and internet trends;
- Create an organized content calendar for each client project;
- Create, write, and edit social posts for optimization across various social platforms, including social headline writing and post copy;
- Create templates and a scalable system;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Use reels, posts and shorts where applicable as part of the social media rotation

**What you need to succeed**:

- At least 2 years of experience working in a social media & content-related role, including daily management of social media accounts across multiple clients.
- A comprehensive understanding of the differences in audience and engagement style across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in content production and creative development for use in social media, including multimedia content.
- Experience working with social media scheduling and reporting tools.
- Experience with video creating and editing capabilities.
- Experience working in an agency setting with multiple industries and projects
- Communicate positively and honestly with a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Be comfortable with getting on video calls with teams, engage, collaborate and contribute towards team culture.
- Reliable high-speed internet is a must, along with a computer and a distraction-free environment.
- Comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone Hours (Toronto, Canada - 9 AM to 5 PM)
- English literacy and fluency are essential.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
