**Job Role**

We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Executive to join our team and help manage our online presence and backend e-commerce activities.

You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks from order processing to customer service, and website content management. This role demands a blend of administrative, technical and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- **Order Fulfillment**: Generate packing, shipping, and MRP labels, and handle the processing and packing of orders with precision.
- **Website Content Management**: Regularly update the website with new banner images, offer texts, prices, and inventory. Ensure all content is up-to-date and accurate.
- **Product Listing**: Add new products to the website, including detailed descriptions and images.
- **Shopify Management**: Oversee our Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers
- **Data Management**: Maintain meticulous records using Excel/spreadsheets for orders and monthly reports.
- **Social Media**: Utilize social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our brand effectively.
- **Design**: Use Canva / Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for basic-level designing tasks related to the website and social media content.

**Qualifications**
- Must have fluent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with customers and the team.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive approach.

**Nice to have**:

- Passion for the Fashion Industry
- Working Knowledge or interest in Digital marketing, Fashion content writing, and using AI tools such as Cotnent.ai
- Strong interest in social media channels including followers, influencer and paid advertising campaigns

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
