**Solution Architect**

**Job description**:

- Defining features, development phases, and critical solution requirements
- Architect and deploy scalable cloud solutions using AWS services (such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS).
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Conduct code reviews & design reviews, mentor developers to foster a healthy development culture of continuous improvement.
- Performing a fit gap analysis to identify the difference between the known requirements and the proposed or current solution
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Python development and payment systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and experience in payment processing systems.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and best security practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience in CRM Development (and / or implementation) in at least one or morre platforms such as VTiger, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Odoo CRM, Freshworks CRM, Zoho CRM, etc is a must
- Previous exposure in handling Fintech Solutions, Payment Industry, Ecommerce and Banking is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Architecture, Design and implementation.
- Ability to provide technical support and training to users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
