**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 8 years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role.
- Minimum experience:

- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in bar-related software.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Develop and implement effective bar operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Create and update beverage menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection to meet customer preferences.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of service and events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and innovations in beverage management.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and bar-related software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
