- Drawing study
- DOPC (detailed operation process card) study
- Clarify drawing with programme
- Proper jaws selection
- Tool list preparation as per programming sheet
- Insert preparation
- Measuring instrument selection
- Inspection report maintain
- Programme edit and check
- Programme calls from DNC
- Proper Jaws setting
- Perfect jaw boring if required (confirm Run out and Face out with jobs)
- Tool setting on turret
- Insert change if required
- Tool offset taken with sensor or without sensor
- Required programme must be on main screen
- Work offset taken
- Simulation checking (compensation necessary to be checked)
- 100% inspection of first job
- Visual inspection of all jobs
- Check tool nose radius and tool type holder geometry offset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- CNC: 2 years (required)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
