Store Incharge

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Store-In-Charge **(Female) **to manage our retail store operations. The Store-In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Manage and motivate boutique staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Train and onboard new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is adequately stocked with unique and high-quality merchandise.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure that the store is consistently well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform store strategies and operations.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
