Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and rigorous **IB Diploma Programme (DP) History lessons** in alignment with the IB curriculum framework.
- Plan and implement units of inquiry, assessments, and classroom activities that foster critical thinking, historical analysis, and global perspectives.
- Guide students in developing strong research and essay-writing skills, especially for **Internal Assessments (IA)** and **Extended Essays (EE)**.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and ensure student success.
- Actively contribute to collaborative planning sessions with colleagues and curriculum leaders.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programs.
- Promote academic integrity, intercultural awareness, and the values of the IB learner profile.

Qualifications & Experience
- **Master’s degree in History or a related field** (mandatory).
- **Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience** in IBDP History (experience with MYP/IGCSE will be an advantage).
- Demonstrated track record of preparing students for IBDP assessments and university readiness.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for fostering inquiry-based learning and developing lifelong learners.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
