**Job Description**:
Active Directory and GPO Configuration and maintenance
DNS & DHCP Configuration and Maintenance
Working experience of Distributed servers, operating system is essential
Good working experience in Server Builds, patching
Working experience in HPe/Dell Server BIOS, Firmware, Driver upgrades
Knowledge in scripting
- Power Shell etc. is desirableGood knowledge of ITIL Process, Incident, Problem, Change Management
Administration of Windows servers for a client environment
Follow up and control the performance and status of a specific IT element (server, network, storage, security, messaging, database, Active Directory support)
Assists client to continue with operations specifically related to system performance and availability of enterprise technology platforms for internal business users and external clients
Perform changes related to DR, Data Center moves, Capacity management etc Perform changes related to DR, Data Center moves, Capacity management etc on Wintel, VMware platforms
Should have management experience on VMWARE Products - ESXi, vCenters, SRM and Lifecycle Update Manager 6.x and 7.0 version.
Proficient and hands on experience in ESXi /VCSA installation & upgrades.Work experience in Mid-large virtualized data centres.
Good experience on Creating VMs, Templates, Port Groups, Datastores, Snapshots and Clones.
Monitoring health status of VM s, ESXi hosts, data stores.
Exposure to vRops monitoring tool.
Good trouble shooting and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in HP OneView/Dell OME and troubleshooting issues with physical server hardware and coordinating with hardware vendor for replacement
Collaborate with Other Service Provider(s) to minimize service interruptions in the infrastructure by taking necessary correction actions as approved by Management
Inspect, examine and validate the setup of systems to cope with changing business needs as directed
Handle day-to-day infrastructure operational activities
Provide a weekly report on project/assignment time for management administration
3 shift model 24/7 support
Perform regular system reviews, work on pro-active performance tuning and resilience improvements
Establish configuration standard and design guideline for Windows and system software, covering availability, performance, resilience, monitoring, backup and recovery functional areas
Automate system operation for repetitive tasks
Work onsite during weekdays and weekend and must be available for On-Call when required
Perform planned changes on a regular basis especially during weekends
Resolve problem tickets allocated to team via ticketing system
