**Job Title**: Demi Chef de Partie (All Cuisine)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a wide range of dishes from various international cuisines.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef.
- Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in stock rotation to minimize wastage.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Take initiative and be proactive in problem-solving during service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a DCDP or Commis I in a high-volume or multi-cuisine kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines (e.g., Continental, Indian, Asian, Arabic, etc.)
- Culinary diploma or certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
