**Responsibility**:
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify potential customers through outbound calls, including cold calling, to generate leads and present tailored sales pitches.
- **Sales Performance**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating your ability to convert leads into successful sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales leads, and individual performance metrics.
- **Sales Reporting**: Manage individual customer accounts and prepare detailed sales reports to monitor progress and performance.
- **Customer Service & Follow-up**: Provide excellent customer service by following up after sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any post-sale concerns.
- **Handling Inquiries & Complaints**: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, gathering common issues and collaborating with relevant departments to improve processes.
- **Product Updates**: Keep customers informed about new product launches and developments, recording feedback to better understand customer needs.

**Qualifications -**
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Good communication
- Hindi/ Engish Must.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

**Experience**:

- 0- 2 years of exp.

**Education**
- ANY Bachelor’s degree
- Education in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

**Office Location**:
Athrava Feryez Plaza, 3rd Floor, from the Office next to Honda showroom on Pune-Satara Road.
