Job Description:

- Collaborate with clients or the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visual concepts, designs, and layouts based on the client's needs or project specifications.
- Develop and design various marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, banners, posters, infographics, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality visual content.
- Select appropriate colors, images, typography, and other design elements to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on client or team input.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to ensure design objectives are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Prepare and present design concepts and ideas to clients or stakeholders.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with different file formats and specifications for print and digital media.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work and demonstrating a diverse range of design skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
