**Position**:Collection Officer - International Voice Process (Work from home)

**Location**:Permanent work from home

**Experience**:2 years

**Salary**: 40k to 50k

**Job profile**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls
- Conduct investigations and skip tracing to locate customers
- Take end-to-end accountability for the assigned portfolio
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets
- Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements (debt collection guidelines) and quality standards

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Excellent Communications Skills and Negotiation skills
- Be an active participant in a team based environment
- Previous experience in a high volume and professional collections environment
- Passionate about own success - KPI's driven and Goal oriented
- Highly motivated and willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong relationship / rapport, adapt to changing needs and priorities, and determine appropriate collection steps to gain a 'win/win' solution for both parties.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
