We are looking for Architects to join our Approvals and Liasioning team.

Today, Prithu Homes is the largest execution company for villas and floors in Delhi NCR. We have 45+ projects under execution and we expect to double every year for the next couple of years at least. We are funded by the Dalmia Bharat family.

One part of our business is obtaining approvals from government authorities and liasioning with various government bodies during the tenure of the project. Major work activities involved in this are following:
Converting designs received from Architect team into drawing suitable for submission to government authorities

Ensure compliance with government norms (like pollution, health, material stacking etc) for execution of work at site and coordinate with them for smooth execution of work at site

We are looking for qualified Architects to join our Approvals and Liasioning team. You will be managing a group of projects independently under the guidance of Department Head (Col. Rajeev Sharma). You will manage your projects from start to finish. Key deliverable will be timely approvals and no stoppage of work at site due to compliance and approvals issues. Job requires you to interact directly with clients as well as officers or junior staff of government bodies at different levels. You may not have experience of all aspects of job requirements. If you are good at some aspects, we will guide and train you on the remaining aspects.

Our work culture is informal and open. Independent decision making is encouraged. Mistakes are ok and part of learning, but there repetition is not. It is good to disagree, but once a decision is made, then let’s give our heart to it.

**Salary**: ₹25,515.29 - ₹50,325.69 per month
