**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- Performs a variety of basic/developmental tasks and activities that are appropriate for the IT function.
- Researches and analyzes appropriate information technology practices, processes and procedures.
- May also gain a high-level understanding of basic financial services/banking practices and processes.
- Researches any production issue reported by the clients or identified via internal monitoring. Provides timely resolution with mínimal downtime

**What you bring**:

- Min 5+ yrs of experience is required in Production Support.
- Strong Experience in Unix
- Basic working knowledge of Windows/IIS is good to have.
- Knowledge of basic database concepts and experience with queries/procedures etc.
- Knowledge of tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and Control M
