Accounts Head:
- Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy
- Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
- Handling the company’s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting
- Performing the company’s financial audits
- Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
- Creating financial reports based on data analysis
- Making recommendations to business stakeholders
Company Secretary:
- _Reporting to the chairman and communicating regularly with the board_
- _Preparing agendas, papers and follow-ups on appropriate actions for the board, committee_, _and annual general meetings (AGMs)_
- _Convening and conducting AGMs, recording proceedings, formulating resolutions and submitting relevant paperwork and yearly reports to the proper departments_
- _Offering counsel on matters of law, finance and strategy both inside and outside of meetings_
- _Making sure any updates to legislation, regulations or policies that can impact the organisation have the committee's blessing_
- _Keeping all necessary records, such as director, secretary and member registrations_
- _Corresponding, compiling data, creating reports and informing key stakeholders of decisions_
- _Communicating with outside regulators and advisors, including attorneys and auditors_
- _Implementing procedures or management systems to ensure effective organization management_
