**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines, ensuring proper functionality before, during, and after treatments.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions during dialysis sessions.
- Maintain and sterilize dialysis equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Educate patients about dialysis procedures and provide emotional support throughout the treatment process.
- Accurately document treatment details and patient responses in medical records.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Dialysis Technology or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician in a clinical setting.
- **Certifications**: Certification from recognized bodies such as BONENT (CHT) or NNCC (CCHT) is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment.
- Strong observational and monitoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
