Receive samples from Hospitals through Field executive and courier.
- Check for sample sufficiency, correct label, and completeness of TRF for acceptability.
- Ensure that the labels on the specimens coincide with the information provided TRF.
- Reject samples that do not meet criteria.
- Follow-up with the hospitals /clients in case of incomplete TRF, sample in sufficiency, spillage.

Creating in-house Lab ID for each sample.

Entry in Sample receiving registers.

Handing over sample and TRF to lab for analysis.

Maintenance of sample discard log of Freezer.

Maintenance of sample outsource detail.

Archiving of TRF’s

Handling of Calls

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
