Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: Craft compelling, informative, and entertaining short videos for our Instagram and YouTube channels that align with our brand's voice and goals.
- **On-Camera Presence**: Comfortably and confidently represent our brand in front of the camera, bringing a vibrant and engaging personality to our content.
- **Creative Development**: Continuously brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for video content that increases engagement and grows our follower base.
- **Analytics Monitoring**: Use insights and analytics tools to evaluate the performance of content, making data-driven decisions to optimize future content strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals, contributing to campaign ideas and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, particularly Instagram and YouTube shorts.
- Exceptional on-camera presence with no hesitation to face the camera.
- High level of creativity, energy, and enthusiasm for social media trends and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
