- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years (Sales/Operations/Marketing)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- On-ground PoC of the respective city will be responsible for planning & conducting different kinds of BTL / Offline activities for Demand and Supply Acquisition with utmost accountability.
- Will be doing market surveys, marketing execution, and verification, supply engagement, supply and demand feedback & escalations.
- Will address and tackle all the on-ground challenges and activities w.r.t. marketing and operations.
- Should be able to do new Tie-ups for demand and supply.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be local from Shillong
- Must be able to speak, write and understand Khasi Language
- Must have an excellent grip on city geography, demography, and even minor city details. ( Cluster & Hex Level).
- Can plan & conduct ground-level offline activities for Demand & Supply at Hex Level.
- Must be resourceful and an excellent executor.
- Excel/Google sheet proficiency required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
