Car Auto Parts Sales Executive

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Customer Management**:
- Promote and sell genuine and aftermarket spare parts to existing and potential customers.
- Identify and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts.
- Handle inquiries related to pricing, availability, and specifications of spare parts.
- **Technical Expertise**:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of car spare parts (brands, compatibility, and quality).
- Provide technical advice to customers regarding part compatibility and vehicle requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, new models, and changes in spare parts inventory.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Attend to customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Business Development**:
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into long-term customers.
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
- **Inventory and Documentation**:
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer databases.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate customer demands to the procurement team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
