The MEP Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the campus, including:

- Maintenance of approximately 260 toilets across the campus.
- Maintenance of 260 bedrooms, including ceiling fans and lighting fixtures.
- Servicing and upkeep of 800 study tables and associated electrical sockets.
- Operation and maintenance of 4 water pumps, water tanks, storage tanks, and backwash systems.
- Maintenance of approximately 75 wash basins within the campus.
- Mechanical repairs, including windows, doors, and cupboard lock maintenance.
- Support for MEP maintenance across all campuses as required.
- Coordination with external manpower when workloads are high or specialized assistance is needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trades.
- 1-2 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in hostels, educational campuses, or similar facilities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
