JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide information about company’s prodcts and services by making calls.
- You are responsible for handling sales over phone.
- You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer’s requirements and suggesting the right product to customers.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- To deliver the scripted pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per specific individuals.
- To provide pricing details of the products or services.
- To get customers details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
- To record the reaction of the customer for the products or services including their details.
- To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.
- To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.
- To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Must communicate in HINDI.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

- ANY GRADUATE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
