- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in senior secondary schools (preferably with CBSE or similar curriculum).

**For TGTs**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in middle or high school.

**Skills & Abilities for Both PGT & TGT**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

**Personal Attributes for Both PGT & TGT**:

- Passionate about teaching and student development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
