**Reporting To**: Academic Coordinator / Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and structured lessons in English Language and Literature aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, learning objectives, and assessments that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Teach key concepts including reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar, poetry, and literary analysis.
- Use differentiated instructional strategies to support learners at various ability levels.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and eventual IGCSE checkpoints or progression to higher levels.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, department meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
- Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Encourage reading habits and language enrichment through activities such as debates, storytelling, book clubs, and writing competitions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
