PPC Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- A PPC Executive in a printing and packaging company is responsible for overseeing the production planning & process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, collaborating with the warehouse team to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- This role involves meticulous planning, coordination, and monitoring of production activities to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- **Production Planning**: Develops and implements production plans to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- **Material Planning**: Manages the flow of raw materials and ensures timely availability to avoid production delays.
- **Production Control**: Monitors and controls the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- **Inventory Management**: Optimizes inventory levels to minimize costs and avoid stockouts.
- **Collaboration**: Works closely with other departments, including sales, engineering, and procurement, to align production plans with overall business objectives.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifies and resolves production issues to ensure smooth operations.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

**Experience Required**:

- 3 to 5 years
