**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, including static images, carousel posts, reels, and commemorative day visuals.
- Develop engaging and informative assets for school announcements, events, and special programs.
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas that align with the school’s branding and messaging.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos provided by the client, ensuring they are optimized for social media platforms.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a consistent visual style and brand identity across all digital assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices to create fresh and innovative content.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions and implement changes to improve the quality and impact of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and software is a plus.
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback positively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
