**Deal Advisory**:

- Conduct thorough financial and tax due diligence for our diverse clientele.
- Collaborate closely with teams to structure transactions from comprehensive tax and regulatory viewpoints.
- Meticulously review and analyze various deal agreements, including Share Purchase and Shareholders agreements.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant
- Demonstrated experience in financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance, preferably within a consulting or advisory role preferred
- Profound understanding of tax, regulatory, and compliance frameworks, particularly in the financial services sector.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Need exp into Fdd: 1 year (required)
- Need exp into transaction structuring: 1 year (required)
- need Exp into regulatory compliance: 1 year (required)
- Preferred from consulting or advisory: 1 year (required)
