**What we are looking to hire**

Chief Marketing Officer, who will be responsible to Drive, Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy. This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong track record in generating growth through execution of marketing best practices spanning across digital and other acquisition channels (focus on digital), product marketing, brand marketing and investor relations.

**Location : Noida or Bengaluru
**Responsibilities**
- CMO will be a strategic advisor to provide direction and leadership for the marketing department.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our SAAS software.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Lead the growth marketing efforts to increase user acquisition and conversion rates.
- Manage Corp Communication, PR and Investor relation.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials, ensuring a strong and unified brand identity.
- The key responsibilities for CMO includes Customer Acquisition & Retention, Brand Development & Management

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 20+ years of total experience with minimum 5+ years of experience leading the Marketing function in a global company. Master’s degree in Marketing.
- Proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and growth marketing and good understanding of B2B companies Product Companies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading successful marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven and highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
