**Min 4 to 5 Yrs. Experience in Machining manufacturing industries in any Automotive / Aerospace domain in quality.**:

- **Handling dimensional related customer quality complaints & their remedial.**:

- **Familiar with operating PC demis software.**:

- **Hands on experience in handling Hexagon CMM.**:

- **Hands on experience in making program for the all machined / structured parts by using models.**:

- **Support to Engineering team to prove out the part by analysis of dimensions’/ process variations.**:

- **Plan for new gauges / instruments for all FAI / NPD Parts.**:

- **Prepare / Conduct product audit, MSA as per plan and Closure.**:

- **Should familiar in handling of Instruments / Equipment’s like VMS,PP, Height gauge, Roughness tester, Contour tracer etc**.
- **Analyse Customer Complaints & corrective actions monitoring.**:

- **Coordinating all dimensional related inspection activities.**:

- **Verification of Horizontal deployment of machine shop.**:

- **Coordinating Kaizen Activities while Customer Claim Reported.**:

- **Co-ordinating in segregating & Rework in case of customer claim.**:

- **Review effectiveness of corrective action taken for improving quality Problems.**:

- **Guide Team Members for Proper Analysis and Train.**:

- **Monitoring of Quality Results at Various Stages and taking Appropriate Countermeasures Wherever needed.**:

- **Coordinate and Conduct Joint Inspection & Audit with Customers.**:

- **Attend Customer Related Problems as per Established Product Quality Parameters.**:

- **Attend Warranty Analysis Meeting.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
