We are seeking a talented and creative Game Designer to join our team at Jash Entertainment. As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing captivating gameplay experiences for our 2D and 3D games. This is a full-time position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with a junior-level requirement of 2 to 5 years of experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 2 to 5 years of experience in game design
- Proficiency in game design software, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and player psychology
- Ability to create compelling narratives and engaging storylines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to iterate on designs based on feedback
- Passion for gaming and staying updated with industry trends

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Design and develop unique and engaging gameplay mechanics, levels, and features
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure game design aligns with technical capabilities
- Create game design documents, including game concepts, storylines, and level design plans
- Prototype and iterate game mechanics, balancing gameplay elements for optimal player experience
- Conduct playtesting sessions and gather feedback to improve game design
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in game design
- Collaborate with artists and programmers to integrate game assets and implement features
- Work closely with the creative director and project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance game design and player engagement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹53,393.01 per month
